Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using InboxGym, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and InboxGym.

Description of service

InboxGym provides an email warm-up and deliverability monitoring platform. Account holders can connect email inboxes, monitor DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), receive deliverability alerts, and participate in automated warm-up campaigns. The service is available on a free plan (up to 10 inboxes) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited inboxes).

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the service using your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• •Warm up inboxes used for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Send spam or unsolicited bulk email outside the intended warm-up functionality
• •Use the service to harass, abuse, or mislead others
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• •Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Email warm-up and deliverability

InboxGym improves sending reputation by exchanging legitimate email traffic between participating inboxes. You understand that warm-up results depend on many factors including domain age, DNS configuration, sending volume, and recipient engagement. We do not guarantee specific inbox placement rates or reply rates. The service is a tool to improve deliverability, not a guarantee of results.

Content and data

You retain ownership of all content you connect or provide through the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to access, store, transmit, and process your email and DNS data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your connected inboxes and must comply with all applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA if applicable).

Plans and payment

The service is available on a free plan with a limit of 10 warming inboxes. The Pro plan ($499 / year, billed annually) unlocks unlimited inboxes and includes a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed annually. You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime where possible.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws. If you use InboxGym to send email to third parties, you are the data controller for that data and are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for processing it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. On closure, all your data and connected inboxes will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if your account has been inactive for more than 24 months on a free plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
